Campaign Story

My name is Ashley and I have abnormal karyotype called Robertsonian translocations between chromosomes 13 and 14 that is associated with pregnancy loss. My husband and I have been able to successfully get pregnant over the past 3 years, however, we lost all 4 babies due to my abnormal karyotype. It has taken a physical and emotional toll on me. I have wanted nothing more than to be a mom and see my husband be the amazing father I know he will be.

I’m a 2 time cancer survivor and have been cancer free for almost 14 years. My husband is a survivor of brain cancer as well. After receiving good news on his last MRI, we are ready to take the next step and proceed with IVF treatment. I found a highly experienced doctor who is confident in helping me, but it comes with high costs we cannot afford.

In order to have a successful pregnancy, they must retrieve my eggs to test each one for any abnormalities before injecting them back in with my husbands sperm.

If you can, any amount will help tremendously. Thank you so much for your time reading this. God bless you.
